How do you charge for services?
We charge a service call fee plus labor or flat-rate pricing depending on the job. All pricing is provided upfront in an estimate.
What is the service call fee?
The service call fee covers travel and initial assessment and applies to every visit.
Do I need to approve work before you start?
Yes. No work is performed without customer approval of an estimate.
Do you charge for diagnostics?
Yes. Diagnostic time is charged even if repairs are declined, as time and expertise are required to properly assess the issue
Do you offer roadside or emergency services?
Yes. Roadside and emergency services are available and may include additional charges.
Are there after-hours charges?
Yes. Services performed after hours, on weekends, or holidays may include an after-hours surcharge due to availability and safety considerations.
Is there an after-hours minimum?
Yes. After-hours service is subject to a minimum charge including the service call fee and labor.
When is payment due?
Payment is due upon completion of service, unless other arrangements are made in advance
