Normal West's Associate Degree Program Seniors have put together coding challenges in honor of Computer Science Week! All are welcome to try out the puzzles, especially the easy one, which can be done without using code. The challenges will be launched and closed at the following times:

• Potluck (easy) - 12 am on Monday, 12/8 (opening) - 12 am on Tuesday, 12/9 (closing)

• Sledding Science (medium) - 12 am on Wednesday, 12/10 (opening) - 12 am on Thursday, 12/11 (closing)

• Fun Snowball Fight (hard) - 12 am on Friday, 12/12 (opening) - 12 am on Saturday, 12/13 (closing)

The writers of submissions that validly respond to the prompt turned in the soonest after the puzzle's release date will receive a gift card.

• Potluck will have 5 winners of a $10 gift card

• Sledding Science will have 2 winners of a $25 gift card

• Fun Snowball Fight will have 1 winner of a $50 gift card

Easy puzzle winners will be notified on Wednesday, 12/10, medium puzzle winners on Friday, 12/12, and hard puzzle winners on Monday, 12/15. Prizes will be delivered to winners on their respective days. 

Submitted puzzles should answer the prompt originally and as accurately as possible to be considered for a prize.

If we suspect you are using AI to write your code / perform any logic, you will be disqualified from receiving a prize. Please be honest. This is supposed to be fun!
