By building positive working relationships, gifted students, their parents, educators, and the community develop awareness and correct misinformation so that gifted students continue to maintain a passion for learning in their strength area, they understand who they are and how they fit in, and their affective and academic needs are balanced to attain personalized life outcomes and become self-directed members of society.
