Receive Food

To receive food, you will need to:

• show a Proof of Residence in the 18018 Lehigh County zip code area (driver's license, utility bill, bank statement, or a lease are acceptable)

• complete a USDA Self Declaration of Need Form at the pantry

Once registered, you may request food every 4 weeks.

Reregistration occurs annually in July. 

If you do not live in the 18018 zip code area, please go to https://shfblv.org/findfood/ to find your closest food pantry.

Self Declaration Forms are available in English and Spanish. Declaration of Need Forms can be found here.

On the "Agency Representative Signature" line, write "Food Bank Staff".

On the "Distribution Site Name" and "Number" lines, write "West Bethlehem Emerg Food Pantry" and "00261", respectively.

On the "Distribution Site Location" line, write "514 3rd Ave, Bethlehem, PA 18018".
