Who are we?

David: Born in Taiwan and immigrated to Canada in 2002, he grew up and was raised in Vancouver, BC, where he graduated from Burnaby North Secondary in 2017. After graduation, he went to Western University in London, Ontario to study medical sciences. He is going into his second year of university in this coming September. During his free time, he enjoys swimming, going out with friends, listening to music, and going on social media.

Hank: The father of David, he grew up in Taiwan and moved here to join and live with the rest of his family in 2011. Although the hefty age of 60 is right around the corner for him, he is still determined to complete this trip. With his grit and unbreakable conviction, it is no wonder why he is taking up this challenge with ease. Whenever possible, he likes to tend the garden and keep the house tidy and clean.

Wayne: Childhood friend and best friend of Hank, they've known each other for over 40 years. He is the manager and consultant of a major insurance company in Taiwan and his family originally immigrated to Halifax, Nova Scotia until their son and daughter transferred to the University of Toronto around 10 years ago. When he has nothing to do, Wayne likes to listen to music, play the saxophone, play some golf, sing aloud, and read the news.
