About:
Prior to becoming a mental health clinician, I worked as a research scientist in academic institutions across Canada, Latin America, and Europe. I hold an MSc and a PhD. Drawing from my own experiences as a neurodivergent individual, parent, and person familiar with frequent moves and cross-cultural living, I bring a unique perspective to therapy. Some of my areas of special interest include ADHD, Autism, OCD, and neurodivergence generally; mental health and burnout in academia; the challenges of balancing caregiving and career demands; and the existential dread and dissonance that come with living in world shaped by climate change, violence, oppression, and inequality.
Services: Individual and couple therapy for adults; psychoanalysis

About:
Kumsal is a Registered Social Worker and psychotherapist in Toronto. As a first-generation immigrant and parent who transitioned from research to clinical work, she understands how identity, culture, and life changes shape how we feel and relate to ourselves and others. She works with adults and couples who feel stuck in patterns like overthinking, shutting down, or repeated conflict. Many are navigating identity, cultural expectations, burnout, or major life transitions. Using a relational, emotion-focused approach grounded in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), she helps her individual and couples clients understand what’s beneath these patterns so they can respond differently, feel more secure, and build meaningful connections.
Services: Individual Therapy and Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy for adults in Ontario in English and Turkish

About:
Therapy can sometimes feel joyful, alongside moments of relief, clarity, connection, and focus, through difficult times. I work with people who may feel overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain, whether that shows up as anxiety, low mood, burnout, life transitions, or questions about relationships, identity, belonging or parenting. My approach is relational, exploring how past and present experiences shape how you feel, think, and connect with others. I integrate mindfulness, somatic practices, and practical approaches such as ACT and DBT, guided by your goals. I bring 25 years of community experience to my work now as a mental health clinician, across shelters, community health centres, higher education and hospitals. I bring a deep respect for each person’s context, along with curiosity and care for your unique story. I offer a free phone or video consultation to help you decide if we are a good fit. Areas of focus include anxiety, burnout, trauma, neurodivergence (including ADHD, autism, AUDHD), relationships, life and career transitions, and experiences of identity, culture, and belonging.

About:
Zoë von Nostitz-Tait brings a deep understanding of systems, relationships, and lived experience to her work. Her personal and professional experiences inform a grounded, compassionate approach to working with both individuals and families. Many of the people she works with are trying hard to cope, but still feel stuck. For kids and teens, this might show up as persistent worries, sleep challenges, emotional outbursts, or difficulty coping at school or with peers. For adults, it can look like feeling overwhelmed, self-critical, or unsure of how to move forward. She sees her role as creating a space where you -or your child- feel understood, supported, and gently challenged in ways that lead to meaningful change.
Zoë is a parent of two teens and part of a multi-generational household. She has lived in Belgium, France, Taiwan, Germany, and rural Quebec, and brings a culturally attuned lens to her work.
Services: Individual therapy for children, adolescents and adults; family therapy
