WeSpeak LIVE – Terms of Service

Effective Date: 04/09/2026 

Welcome to WeSpeak LIVE, a social and language exchange platform that offers live rooms, voice rooms, messaging, subscriptions, and virtual currency features. By accessing or using WeSpeak LIVE (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use WeSpeak LIVE. Users under 18 must comply with all applicable laws and may be restricted from accessing age-restricted content.

2. User Accounts 

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. 

Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time by navigating to: Settings → Account → Delete Account

Deletion is permanent and may result in the loss of all data, content, and virtual assets.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

WeSpeak LIVE offers the following subscription tiers:

• MVP Membership: $9.99/month 

• VIP Membership: $19.99/month 

• SVIP Membership: One-time purchase of $139.99 

Billing Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods unless required by law. 

4. Virtual Currency

WeSpeak LIVE includes a virtual currency system that can be purchased in various amounts.

Virtual currency has no real-world monetary value. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law. Virtual currency may be used for in-app features, gifts, or enhancements. 

5. User Content & Conduct

You are responsible for all content you create, share, or broadcast.

Allowed (With Restrictions) 

Legal drug use (i.e tobacco and alcohol) and discussions about politics, or religion are allowed, but: MUST be clearly marked as 18+ in live rooms or voice rooms. 

Content must remain non-violent, respectful, and non-abusive. Violations may result in suspension or permanent bans. 

Prohibited Content

You agree NOT to:

• Share or promote pornographic or sexually explicit content 

• Harass, threaten, or bully other users 

• Promote hate speech, including attacks against race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, or religion 

• Encourage or depict violence, extremism, or harmful behavior Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity 

• Share illegal content or engage in illegal activities 

• Spam, scam, or exploit other users 

6. Live Rooms & Voice Rooms 

Users must properly label content (e.g., 18+ where applicable). Hosts are responsible for moderating their rooms. WeSpeak LIVE reserves the right to monitor, remove, or terminate any room or broadcast. 

7. Enforcement & Termination

WeSpeak LIVE may take action against accounts that violate these Terms, including:

• Content removal 

• Temporary suspension 

• Permanent account ban

• Severe violations (e.g., hate speech, violence, exploitation) may result in immediate termination without warning.

8. Intellectual Property 

All platform content, branding, and features belong to WeSpeak LIVE. You retain ownership of your content but grant WeSpeak LIVE a license to use, display, and distribute it within the platform.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect and use your data.

10. Limitation of Liability

WeSpeak LIVE is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for:

• User-generated content 

• Loss of data, revenue, or virtual items 

• Interactions between users 

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
