The Wesley Community Service Center, Inc. provides multiple programs and support for urgent and unmet individual, family and community needs in the South-side of Portsmouth Virginia.

Established in 1937, the center began as Methodist Women in Portsmouth joined to form a city mission board that would become involved in community needs and social issues. The Center is now in its eighty third year of service and ministry.
