Wesea was founded as a non-profit organisation limited by guarantee associated with the Centre_national_de_la_recherche_scientifique - Centre for National Science Research. All revenue generated by wesea through its activities is used to fund research. As part of its mandate in promoting the dissemination of intellectual publications for development, Wesea is published online. The journal is serialised, based on the foci, which relates to:
