LANDSCAPING COMMITTEE'S JOB
The Landscaping committee is responsible for the overall aesthetic aspects of our neighborhood. This includes lawncare and maintenance of trees, garden beds, and the pond. The HOA contracts with a lawncare service April through November, and also with a snow removal service for plowing and salting our drives, walks, and in front of the mailboxes.
The Committee is also responsible for the budget items associated with all these areas above. As requested by the Board, the Landscaping Committee also manages the relationships with contractors that impact these areas. For questions about lawn mowing or snow removal, please email the landscaping committee using the regular Board email -- WEScondoWW@gmail.com.
