I am an Associate Professor in the Department of Information and Decision Sciences within the College of Business Administration, University of Illinois Chicago.
From 2017 to 2023, I was a faculty member in the Department of Mathematics at the University of California, San Diego. Prior to joining UCSD, I worked as a postdoctoral research associate in the Department of Operations Research and Financial Engineering at Princeton University from 2015 to 2017, supervised by Jianqing Fan; and as a research fellow in the School of Mathematics and Statistics at the University of Melbourne from 2013 to 2015, supervised by Aurore Delaigle. I received my Ph.D. in Mathematics at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology in 2013, advised by Qi-Man Shao.
