Welcome to my page! I am an Assistant Professor in the School of Economics at the Shanghai University of Finance and Economics.
My current research focuses on the interaction between formal and informal institutions (e.g., elites, militia, and religions), as well as their economic impacts.
Before joining SUFE, I obtained my Ph.D. in Economics from the National University of Singapore and my M.Phil. in Social Science from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
