First, I am a (part-time) musician. I have played Erhu, a traditional Chinese instrument, for more than 10 years. I am now a member of NUS Chinese Orchestra (See our orchestra on my cover image). Now, I am learning Erhu from Master Lin Zhu, the Principal Player of Er Hu II Section, Singapore National Chinese Orchestra.

Second, I love Chinese Martial Arts. I am the Sixth generation descendants of Yang style Taichi (Yang Chengpu--Cheng Man-ch'ing--Tan Ching Ngee--Lei Wenqiang). I am also a member of NUS Wushu Team.

Third, I a fan of traditional Chinese philosophy. I keep reading and learning I Ching (易经)， Analects (论语) etc and receive instructions from many senior professors such as Zhang Wenjiang, Pan Chaoyang. I have also been learning Zen for more than ten years, reading Heart Sutra, Diamond Sutra and Platform Sutra following the guidance of Monk Shi Yanfan.
