First, you need to choose PIN, pattern or password as lock type. Fingerprint feature will available automatically, if you have configured fingerprint on your device. There will be a small fingerprint icon displayed on the top right of lock screen dialog.

As long as you are using same Google account across multiple devices, you only need to purchase Combo for one-time.

As a token of appreciation to the early purchasers of one-time Combo in-app purchase item, Combo will include almost all future premium features. The following are the premium features.

1. Color - Unlimited colors for note, to-do list, label.

2. Theme - 7 beautiful color themes - Cotton, Lavender, Lemon, Strawberry, Azure, Avocado, Pure dark.

3. Recording - Unlimited number of audio recordings.

4. Note list - Note list home widget. View all notes, upcoming reminders directly from home screen.

5. Calendar - Calendar home widget. View calendar, all reminders directly from home screen.

6. Stick icon - 6 icon packs for note sticking - Office, Shopping, Family, Medical, Transport, Time.

7. Multi sync - Auto sync to multiple devices with same account.

8. Undo redo - Perform undo and redo during note typing.

9. Search - Search in a note, or a to-do list.

10. All day - Setup all day reminder, without specific time.

However, this does not include a few selected future premium features. For instance, we plan to provide alternative cloud server storage solution, to exchange data with iOS version of WeNote. Every month, we need to pay for cloud server storage. Such premium feature will not fall under Combo in-app purchase item category.

1. Enjoy up to 50% discount, compared with purchasing individual in-app purchase items separately.

2. Lock down the early purchasing price before it goes up. In the future, we will include more premium features, which in turn will cause the price to go up.

No. WeNote has an independent calendar. It does NOT sync with Google Calendar.

You may create All day reminder. Then, to avoid pop-up notification, you may silent all day reminder.

1. Share WeNote download link to others from Shop dialog.

2. Others click on the download link.

3. Others redirected to WeNote's Google Play.

4. Others download WeNote.

5. Others launch WeNote.

6. You will gain 1 point for every successful launch.

7. Once you have gained enough points, you can purchase in-app item with only $0.99.

8. Due to privacy concern, if you uninstall and reinstall WeNote, your earned point will be reset to 0. This is because we stop tracking you completely once you uninstall WeNote.

Auto backup runs every 1.5 days, whenever there is note modification.

To preserve local disk space, you can change retain backup count in Backup -> Retain Backup. By default, retain backup count is 30.

In order to preserve your storage space, we will reduce the quality of picture attachment. If you do not mind to have more storage space consumption in exchange for better picture quality, you may change attachment quality in Settings.

We place heavy emphasis on data reliability. We provide 2 reliable ways, to ensure you will never loss any notes, to-do lists, attachments.

• Secure sync to Google Drive: This is the most recommended way, to avoid data loss. After sync, the data is stored in Google Drive App Data folder. For security purpose, Google Drive App Data folder is not visible to user. Please refer to this video Tap to sync to learn how to sync, or refer to Why sync to Google Drive failed? if you are not able to sync.

• Local backup and restore: If you have privacy concern on storing the data in Google Drive, you may use this way to avoid data loss. Backups are removed when WeNote is uninstalled. Users are encouraged to export backup as zip file, and send it to email for safe keeping purpose. Kindly refer to Export backup to email & Restore from email backup, to learn how to perform backup exporting & email restoring.

Of course, you may choose to use both ways too.

Currently, WeNote is only available for Android.

By default, auto sync only works well for single device. For multiple devices, it requires one-time in-app purchase. After you have purchased "Multi sync" in shop, WeNote will auto sync to multiple devices with same account.

In order to achieve auto sync across multiple devices, we need to setup a 24-hour running auto sync server. We need to cover server monthly running cost, by introducing one-time in-app purchase.

Please check the following criteria to ensure multi sync work properly.

1. All devices are using same Google account.

2. All devices are installed with latest version of WeNote.

Auto sync runs every 1.5 hours, whenever there is note modification.

You might experience high Internet data usage, if you

• Add new notes, modify existing notes multiple times per day.

• Have a lot of image attachments.

• Have a lot of audio recordings.

To preserve Internet data quota, you can enable Auto sync only over Wi-Fi in Settings.

After sync, the data is stored in Google Drive App Data folder. For security purpose, Google Drive App Data folder is not visible to user.

If you want to access the data manually, we would recommend you to Export data to email.

The data is stored in SQLite format. You may use DB Browser for SQLite to read the data.

4. 斷開微筆記與 Google 的連接。
