Below is information that will give you an overview of our services. If you still have questions, please call us.
Currently we operate a 2017 BMW X1 which comfortably holds 4 passengers (including the driver), but a cozy group of 5. We also have a converted 8-seater shuttle at our disposal for larger groups. Our vehicles may not be considered “luxury”; but more in the “fun” category!
ABSOLUTELY! While we are constantly on the lookout for small boutique wineries, we will take you just about anywhere, within the geographic limits of our licensing and permits. This encompasses Washington, Clackamas, Multnomah and Yamhill counties; approximately a 50-mile radius from Lake Oswego, OR. We are not licensed in the state of Washington at this time.
We want you to have the most enjoyable wine tasting experience and will structured our tasting and travel times accordingly. Should the tour last longer than originally anticipated, you will be billed for any additional hours at the same original hourly rate.
Regrettably, since we’re a new business, our licensing does not cover distances of more than 50 miles from our Lake Oswego location at this time.
Rates are yet to be established as we are still crunching numbers so we can be competitive in the wine tour markets. Rates will kick in at the first point of pick up. We'll post this information when finalized.
We request a $100 deposit at time of booking, applicable to the final tour cost. Cancellation prior to 7 days of tour, we will retain 50% of that initial deposit. Cancellation under 7 days of your tour will be 100% charge of the deposit amount. Cancellation without notice, 24-hours notice or no-shows will be charged 100% of the projected tour amount, based on the agreed upon time frame of the tour.
No, they are not. Please feel free to tip your driver if you’ve enjoyed your day in wine country.
While the object of a wine tour is for the guests to enjoy themselves to the fullest, we regret that such person/persons may be asked to leave the tour and make their own way home. We will not endanger the safety of those who want to enjoy themselves responsibly.
