As I mentioned, I decided to do some serious cleaning/decluttering by going through my various collections. As I had so many photo albums in several rooms, they were taking up way too much space so I digitized them. At first, I was excited at the prospect of downsizing. Well, that enthusiasm only lasted so long. Turns out it was a more aggressive undertaking than I ever anticipated. By the time I had done maybe 6 out of 60+ albums, I was like TOTALLY DONE. But I persevered and finally finished the task. The upside? Gone are multiple pieces of furniture that no longer need to occupy space in my home. In the process, I found many photos that were worth saving, but how? Thus came the creation of my greeting cards, of which you can view a small sampling of on my GALLERY page.
I've always loved wine and have been able to explore so many in the Willamette Valley. While I love some of the more popular ones in the area, I especially like small hidden gem, boutique wineries that still have that raw passion for making wines in their hearts. I've been told that there are over 900 wineries in Oregon. I've counted the number of wineries that I've visited and I'm nowhere near that number, nor will I ever reach it, no matter how much I like wine! Guess I should plan my next winery visits now!
Lastly, thank you for visiting this website and my fun, crazy stories!
