隱私政策 / Privacy Policy — 愛衣庫：AI穿搭衣櫃購物清單 (iCloShot: AI Closet & Style)
您的隱私對我們很重要。iCloShot 採用本地優先架構設計，我們沒有蒐集使用者資料的伺服器。以下說明資料如何被儲存與使用。
一、資料儲存在哪裡
- 所有衣物照片、商品截圖、價格與備註都儲存在您的裝置上，不會上傳至 iCloShot 的任何伺服器。
- App 內沒有任何廣告或第三方追蹤 SDK，我們不會將您的使用行為分享或販售給任何人。
二、使用雲端 AI 時會傳送什麼
- AI 穿搭建議與衣物辨識預設使用裝置內建運算，不需要網路連線。
- 雲端 AI 為選用功能（Bring Your Own Key）：只有在您主動於設定頁輸入自己的 Gemini 或 Groq API Key 並啟用後，才會傳送資料至該服務。
- 啟用雲端 AI 時，僅傳送精簡的文字描述（例如「米色風衣、雙排扣」），絕不傳送原始照片或您的姓名、地址等身分資訊。
- 傳送至 Google Gemini 或 Groq 的資料，其處理方式受該公司自己的隱私政策規範，與 iCloShot 無關，建議使用前先行了解該公司政策。
三、系統權限用途
- 相機：拍攝衣物與商品照片，僅存於裝置本機。
- 相簿：匯入商品截圖與衣物照片，僅存於裝置本機。
- 行事曆（唯讀）：讓 AI 穿搭建議參考今日場合，App 不會修改您的行事曆；拒絕授權不影響其他功能。
- 定位（使用期間，選填）：記錄想買商品的店家位置；拒絕授權不影響其他功能。
- 麥克風與相機（直播）：僅在您主動點擊「開始直播」時啟用，用於將畫面推流至您自行設定的平台。
四、API Key 安全性
您輸入的 Gemini／Groq API Key 安全加密儲存於裝置 Keychain，iCloShot 不會存取、記錄或上傳。
五、兒童隱私
本 App 不特別針對 13 歲以下兒童設計，亦不會刻意蒐集兒童個人資料。
六、您的掌控權
- 可在 App 內「設定 > 資料管理」隨時清除所有本機資料與 API Key。
- 解除安裝 App 會一併移除裝置上儲存的所有衣物照片與資料，無法復原。
七、政策變更
若本政策有重大變更，我們會透過 App 更新說明告知使用者。

Your privacy matters to us. iCloShot is built local-first — we do not operate any server that collects user data. This page explains how your data is stored and used.
1. Where your data is stored
- All garment photos, product screenshots, prices, and notes are stored only on your device and are never uploaded to any iCloShot server.
- The app contains no ads or third-party tracking SDKs; we never share or sell your usage data.
2. What is sent when you use cloud AI
- AI outfit suggestions and garment recognition run on-device by default and require no internet connection.
- Cloud AI is optional and Bring-Your-Own-Key (BYOK): data is only sent to Gemini or Groq if you enter your own API key in Settings and enable it yourself.
- When enabled, only a short text description (e.g. "beige trench coat, double-breasted") is sent — never your original photos or personal information such as your name or address.
- Data sent to Google Gemini or Groq is governed by that company's own privacy policy, independent of iCloShot; please review their policy before use.
3. System permissions and their purpose
- Camera: to photograph garments and products; stored on-device only.
- Photo Library: to import product screenshots and garment photos; stored on-device only.
- Calendar (read-only): so AI outfit suggestions can consider today's occasion; the app never modifies your calendar, and denying access does not affect other features.
- Location (while using the app, optional): to record the store location of a wishlist item; denying access does not affect other features.
- Microphone and Camera (live streaming): only activated when you tap "Start Live Stream," to broadcast to a platform you configure yourself.
4. API key security
Your Gemini/Groq API keys are encrypted and stored in the device Keychain; iCloShot never accesses, logs, or uploads them.
5. Children's privacy
This app is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal data from children.
6. Your control over your data
- You can clear all local data and API keys anytime from Settings > Data Management.
- Uninstalling the app permanently removes all garment photos and data stored on your device.
7. Changes to this policy
Material changes will be announced through an app update's release notes.
