The Silver Branchers began in 1988 as a group of seniors interested in meeting for fun and fellowship. The current group has continued this tradition and would like to extend an invitation to those who might be interested in making new friends. Meetings are held Thursdays from 1 to 3 PM at the Wells Branch Rec. Center, 3000 Shoreline Drive, to visit and play games. We also have socials and take day trips to places of interest from time-to-time (list below). Membership is free. Anyone 50 or older is welcome.

Spring Day Trip – Texas Science & Natural History Museum, Thursday, April 18. We leave the Rec Center at 10AM for the museum and then go to Hoover's for lunch at 1PM, returning around 2PM. This outing has passed, but is included here for informational purposes.

Fall Day Trip – Take the 10:41 Metro Rail train to downtown Austin, Thursday, November 7. We meet at the Howard Lane station. Lunch at Holey Moley (mini golf too). Return on the 3:14 train.

Christmas Luncheon – Rio Grande Tex-Mex, Dec. 12th. We will meet at Casa Rio at 1PM. 15821 Central Commerce Dr, Pflugerville, TX 78660.
