At Wellness Within Counseling, we believe that everyone deserves equal access to mental health support. We are also aware that people live busy lives and face every day challenges that make it difficult to access In-Person therapy. To accommodate those who are unable to come in to the office for weekly sessions, we have added a virtual option so that you can access care from the comfort of your home. Please see below for details. All platforms are HIPPA Compliant to ensure that your privacy is protected.
INDIVIDUAL THERAPY (60 minutes)
We hold a safe space for you and you only. This is where you can unpack some of the heavy thoughts and feelings you have been carrying for months and years. You get to speak freely and unapologetically about your experiences without any judgement. You can choose how you want to spend your time in session and our job is simply to support and guide you in your healing journey.
COUPLE'S THERAPY (60 minutes)
If you and your partner are experiencing emotional disconnect, poor communication, misunderstanding, hurt, or simply struggling to make time for one another, we are here to help. Together, we can look at unhealthy patterns and identify the areas that need change in order for your relationship to thrive.
FAMILY THERAPY (60 minutes)
This service is for families who are finding it difficult to interact with one another due to conflict. We use a systemic framework when treating families, meaning we believe that all members of the family contribute to both the good and bad. We will help bridge the gap and open the lines of communication by deepening everyone's understanding of each other's experiences and needs.
CLINICAL SUPERVISION (Individual and Group, 60 Minutes)
Our therapists are approved by the PA State Board of Social Workers, Marriage and Family Therapists, and Professional Counselors to provide clinical supervision hours towards licensure. We will support you in your growth to becoming a professional provider by teaching evidence-based practices, conducting case consultations, identifying and working through workplace barriers, deepening understanding of Ethics/Safety/Policy, and anything else you may need our assistance with.
PAYMENT METHOD
While we are not in network with any insurance companies, we will gladly provide documentation that you can give your insurance company should they agree to reimburse you. We accept all major credit cards and HSA (Health Savings Account).
