Yes, we provide service for both above-ground and in-ground pools.
If severe weather affects your scheduled service day, we will reschedule your visit as soon as conditions allow and notify you by text or email. We understand that weather can be unpredictable, and we work to keep your service consistent.
No, you do not need to be home during your scheduled visit. We simply ask that gates remain unlocked and pets are safely secured so our technician can access the pool area.
If we are unable to access your pool due to a locked gate, unsecured pet, or another access issue, a $35 access surcharge may apply. We will always make every effort to contact you first.
Yes, we use high-quality balancing chemicals to keep your pool safe and swim-ready. First dosing visit will be billed at chemical costs, if switching from another vendor and pool is within normal range then standard weekly charge could apply. Standard balancing chemicals are included with weekly service, and any specialty chemical treatments will always be discussed and approved before application.
To keep your water clear and equipment operating efficiently, we recommend:
Cartridge filters: $100 per cleaning, quarterly cleaning required. Phosphate treatment included in price.
DE filters: $100 per cleaning, quarterly cleaning required. DE powder and phosphate treatment included in price.
Sand filters: $100 per cleaning, every 6 months cleaning required. Sand filter cleaning solution and phosphate treatment included in price.
Routine filter maintenance is key to a healthy pool.
If we notice staining, circulation problems, or equipment concerns, we will inspect the issue and provide recommendations. Any stain treatments, repairs, or specialty services are billed separately and never completed without your approval.
