  ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS                                                           

  By downloading or using WellBuddy, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you

   do not agree, do not use the app.                                            

  DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE                                                        

  WellBuddy is a habit tracking application that helps users build and maintain 

  healthy habits. Features include:                                             

  • Habit tracking and streak monitoring                                        

  • AI-powered wellness coaching                                                

  • Achievement and challenge systems                                           

  • Analytics and progress insights                                             

  USER ACCOUNTS                                                                 

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your data        

  • You must provide accurate information                                       

  • You are responsible for all activity on your device                         

  SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENTS                                                     

  • WellBuddy offers free and premium features                                  

  • Premium subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store                    

  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before the end of the    

  current period                                                                

  • Manage subscriptions in your Apple ID settings                              

  • No refunds for partial subscription periods                                 

  SUBSCRIPTION PLANS                                                            

  • Weekly: Billed every 7 days                                                 

  • Monthly: Billed every 30 days                                               

  • Yearly: Billed every 365 days                                               

  • Lifetime: One-time purchase, permanent access                               

  ACCEPTABLE USE                                                                

  You agree NOT to:                                                             

  • Use the app for any illegal purpose                                         

  • Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the app                       

  • Share or distribute the app illegally                                       

  • Use the AI coach for medical diagnosis or treatment                         

  DISCLAIMER                                                                    

  • WellBuddy is for informational and motivational purposes only               

  • The AI coach does NOT provide medical advice                                

  • Always consult a healthcare professional for medical concerns               

  • We are not responsible for any health decisions based on app content        

  LIMITATION OF LIABILITY                                                       

  WellBuddy is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:      

  • Any damages arising from app use                                            

  • Loss of data                                                                

  • Inaccuracies in AI responses                                                

  • Service interruptions                                                       

  INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY                                                         

  • WellBuddy and its content are owned by us                                   

  • You may not copy, modify, or distribute the app                             

  • User-generated content (habits, goals) remains yours                        

  TERMINATION                                                                   

  We reserve the right to terminate access for violation of these terms.        

  CHANGES TO TERMS                                                              

  We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
