In Word, I thought I knew almost everything but I was wrong. There were so many things I learned in Word such as putting references in automatically, changing the page layouts, how to add page breaks, and many many things! Always humble yourself because there's always something that you don't know (yet).
I always loved PowerPoint. It has always been my favorite Microsoft tool so I was very eager to learn more about PowerPoint. It's similar to Word but with more artistic freedom. I was glad to learn about inserting SmartArt Text because I didn't know much about it before and now I know how to use it for future presentations.
Excel is one of those tools that you don't really think you'll need until you do. In my case, I will need it more than I thought, so it all works out well. I knew some things about Excel but was never proficient in it so learning more skills about Excel helps a lot such as copying a whole or a part of a table to another work sheet as well as linking all worksheets together.
In all honesty, I knew nothing about Access and I still know very little but I am glad to be introduced to it. While a lot more complicated than the other Microsoft tools, it's still interesting to learn about creating one-to-one and one-to-many relationships within the tables. I didn't know about any of these concepts while I was watching the videos but I am glad to learn a little more about Access than before.
