TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF WELDSCHOLARS LLC FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY THE USER TO THE COMPANY DURING THE PRECEDING TWELVE (12) MONTHS.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
