Forget about waiting or carrying heavy keys. We use a seamless self check-in system through the Hoomvip app.
How does it work? A few days before your arrival, you will receive a link to complete your online registration.
Your phone is your key: You can open both the main building entrance and the apartment door directly from your smartphone. Just arrive and start enjoying!

🅿️ Is there parking available?
We are located in the very heart of Pamplona (Plaza del Castillo), While we don't have a private garage, we offer an exclusive deal for our guests.
15% Discount at the Plaza del Castillo Parking (the most central parking in the city).
Requirements: You must provide your license plate number at least 24h before arrival.
Payment: To apply the discount, parking must be paid in advance via Pay Pal. We will handle the logistics so you can just park and relax.
📶 How is the internet connection?
We provide Ultra-fast 1 Gb Fiber Optic Wi-Fi. It is a high-speed connection, perfect for families with multiple devices or professionals who need seamless video calls.
👶 Traveling with a baby?
We have a baby cot (crib) available for you. Just let us know when you book so we can have it ready for your arrival, ensuring a perfect night's sleep for both you and your little one.

How do I calculate my discount?
Want to know your special price? Check the link on Booking.com and take roughly 15% off (divide the total by 1.15). Or, just send us a WhatsApp for an instant fixed quote (the final discount might shift a bit depending on your Booking status)
