My mission is to elevate JAIVA’s global presence through innovative marketing, strategic branding, and enhanced pilot engagement, ensuring every member feels proud to represent our airline.

I'll be dedicated to refining our public image, cultivating partnerships, and optimizing our digital platforms to reflect our operational standards. In close collaboration with the Leadership and Operations teams, I aim to solidify JAIVA's position as the premier virtual aviation home.

I'm Shivansh Shrivastava, your event manager, and I'm excited to bring you the heart of JAI: unforgettable virtual experiences.

At JAI, we transform routine flying into shared adventures. My mission is to create a dynamic event calendar, including global fly-outs, challenging group flights, and themed social gatherings, designed to fuel your passion and fill your logbook.

As event manager, I ensure seamless, safe, and fun gatherings. I work with Operations and Training to scout destinations, design routes, and provide resources so you can focus on flying and connecting with fellow pilots.

Whether you join our weekly route, a major airline crossover, or seek new connections, our events are where the JAI community thrives. Expect an active schedule, great company, and landings that impress!
