Heron Point is a covenant-governed community through the Heron Point Homeowners' Association Board of Directors. Directors hold two-year terms and are elected at the annual meeting of members held every January.
Annual dues for 2025 are currently $250 per calendar year if paid by April 30. Thereafter, a penalty of $15 plus interest calculated for each/part of the month that dues are unpaid will apply.
