Q: Are your bakes halal?

Though we are not certified Halal. The ingredients we use do not contain pork, lard or alcohol. We also only source from Halal Certified Vendors

Q: Do you do customization?

Customized bake-box are available with a min MOQ. Do email/DM us for more enquiries.

Q: Are your bakes gluten/vegan?

Our cakes are not gluten free/dairy free/eggless/vegan. Though some of our products do not contain nuts, they are made in a kitchen that handles nuts.

Q: What size do your cakes come in?

All our cakes are sold in slices unless stated. Whole Basque Cheesecakes are only sold in 6" & 8" size.

Whereas other cakes are available in 12" (only on preorder basis)

Q: How long can I keep your bakes?

All cakes are to be refrigerated at all times and can last 1-1.5 hours at room temperature. We recommend to consume them within 2 days for maximum freshness. All Pastries are recommended to consume within the day of purchase. 

Q: How long in advance should I order?

All orders has to be made 2 days in advance. (Eg. for Friday delivery/self-collection, please place your orders latest by Wednesday.) 

All orders placed after 5PM will be counted as a next day order. (Eg. Order placed on Wednesday 6PM will be available for pick-up/delivery earliest Saturday.)

Q: What are your delivery timings?

Delivery will be $12 island wide between 12pm-6pm. 

Self-Collection will be at our store, 150 Bedok Reservoir Road, Singapore 470150. Self-collection timing would be 10am-8pm.

For self-arranged delivery, please do take note that all pastries are to be considered of fragile items and we will not be liable for any damaged incurred during the delivery.

Q: Cancellation policy

No amendments are allowed for confirmed orders 3 days or less prior to the scheduled collection date. We will not accept any cancellations for processed orders.
