If you're having a bad day or frustrated, it's okay to feel the feels, but don't bring it to this group unless you're prepared for solutions, blunt talk, and help. Take any complaints you just want to complain about to friends and upline outside of this group.

Not every day is great, but there is greatness in every day. So do not let a slip up affect your whole day, week, month, or year. It's impossible to go backward and rewrite history, but we have control of every reaction and every moment from this point forward.

But I'm a firm believer that the best things in life start in the scary feels. So get out of that comfort zone. You're gonna do GREAT things!
