Monthly Dues

At the November 2017 Annual Meeting a majority of homeowners approved a dues increase. As of Jan. 2018, dues are $200/month. Dues can be mailed or dropped in the QPA mailbox slot. Payment is due on the first day of each month. After the 10th, a $10 late fee will be assessed.

Parking

Parking on Quail Post Road is extremely limited. Please be mindful of where you and your visitors park. Overnight parking is not allowed in the cul-de-sacs or side roads of Quail Park. Overnight parking on the main road must be pre-approved by the Board of Directors. QPA does have the right to tow vehicles in violation of parking rules. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact a Board Member.

Neighbors connect

Quail Park Neighbors have an informal, closed Facebook group where neighbors can connect. This group is not managed or moderated by the Board, but it is a great place to share and connect with neighbors.
