Route Loop:
Starts at M&T Bank Stadium
Heads East down Pratt St (Hotels / Inner Harbor)
Turnaround through Harbor East
Heads West down Lombard St (Power Plant Live!)
Heads South through Federal Hill
Returns to M&T Bank Stadium to reset

Dates & Duration: Monday, August 10 & Tuesday, August 11 | 6 Hours daily
Phases & Timings:
Phase 1 (Pre-Concert): Runs the downtown hotel and bar loop to capture fans checking in and grabbing early drinks.
Phase 2 (1.5 to 2 Hours Before Show): Moves exclusively to the M&T Bank Stadium perimeter (cruising Russell St, Ostend St, and the primary tailgating lots).
Phase 3 (Post-Concert Exodus): Runs tight loops around the stadium gates during mass crowd exit.
Phase 4 (Post-Concert Nightlife): Transitions back to heavy-density areas including Federal Hill and Power Plant Live for after-hours crowds.
