Back Office Suite Subscription - This system provides a personalized Norwex website.

When you join Norwex, you can opt-in for 6 months for FREE! Back Office Suite (or Back Office Suite+) provides 6 months from your Start Date to fully utilize the Back Office Suite Subscription if you agree to this option during the sign-up process. After which, there will be a minimum charge to access the Back Office Suite.

Photofy mobile app to create custom Norwex images.

MANAGE YOUR BACK OFFICE SUITE SUBSCRIPTION:

You can manage your Back Office Suite subscription and settings, including canceling your subscription, anytime by logging into your Consultant Office > Account > Office Suite Preferences.

Enter Consultant ID and password.
Go to Consultant Office Suite > Account > Office Suite Preferences to add your ‘About Me’ story.

Add your personal story so customers learn about you.
Maximum of 4000 characters.
Add a photo of yourself. Use the Upload a new Photo button to select an image from your computer. Your photo will appear on your site once it has been approved by Compliance.
Select what people see on your website. Do you want to showcase your photo, location, title with Norwex, home phone number, mobile phone number, and/or email?
Opt-Out for Consultant Locator - default is Opt-in. What is the Consultant's Location? If customers search for a local Consultant, your details are provided as an option.
Opt out of Customers Newsletter – default is opt-in.

Change your Office Suite Options – choose whether you wish to enroll for Office Suite (provides you with your personal Norwex website, a monthly customer newsletter sent to your email list, an image editing app Photofy, 2-2-2 follow-up alerts for your customers and more!

Posting regularly keeps new content in focus. Just because you're posting often, doesn't mean it always has to be business-focused. Follow this formula: 80% of what you share should be about YOU - the other 20% can be business related. BOOM! Its really that easy.

Mix up what you post - posts, stories, reels and going live. Start with how you're comfortable sharing!
Remember: Think about when you because friends with someone... it takes time right? You don't just spill all your deepest darkest secrets on the first meeting. Social media is the same way. Viewers will take time to connect to you. Just keep sharing!

Do interact with Followers

If someone comments on your post, reply back, no matter the platform! They felt the need to leave a remark...take this opportunity to build and foster that relationship.
