About Me

Hello! I am Wei Wei, an Assistant Professor of Decision Sciences at the Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics at the University of New Hampshire.

My research focuses on sustainable operations management, particularly social sustainability. I study how organizations can improve their operational decisions across a wide range of contexts, from not-for-profit to mission-driven for-profit organizations. Ultimately, my work aims to help these organizations advance their socially responsible missions.

I have been published in journals including Manufacturing & Service Operations Management, Production and Operations Management, and Decision Sciences. 

I am also passionate about bridging research and practice by drawing research questions from real-world challenges and translating the resulting insights into practical guidance for organizations. See Research & Practice for details.
