There are three variants of bags: small bag, medium bag and big bag. These can be crafted through the modification station. Bags are used to make an inventory clearer, even if it has a lot of items. The small bag has 9 slots, the medium 18 and the big 27. They are like pocket containers. The small bag, default, can be created by putting a stomach and a string in the modification station. Still in the modification station, putting a small bag and another stomach creates a medium bag. A medium bag plus even another stomach equals a big bag, the last and biggest tier.
Jars are common items that have different effects on the player. They have 6 variants, with 1 being empty and the other 5 being full. The glass jar is empty. The full jars (usually) drop glass jars when opened or drunk. The water jar is a glass jar full of water, that grants 1 saturation and 1 hunger point when consumed. The dirty water jar can be drunk and, when a player does so, they get 6 seconds of nausea. However, when this happens, the player filters the dirty water and a jar of clean water is left in their inventory. The urine jar can be drunk, granting 0 hunger points and -1 saturation. It gives 6 seconds of nausea to the drinker. The semen jar cannot be drunk as, when trying to do so, a random message will appear in the action bar, manifesting the fact that the player will never drink semen. The ectoplasm jar is an undrinkable jar filled with a purple mist and ectoplasm. Even if it can't be drunk, it can be opened, and doing so drops a glass jar and ectoplasm.

Mushrooms are common food resources, usually found in containers. They have five color variants, that also change function. The first one, and most common, is the red mushroom, which only grants 4 hunger points and 1 saturation. The second, uncommon, is the yellow mushroom, which grants 8 hunger points and 2 saturation. Getting more uncommon, there's the green mushroom, with 12 hunger points and 3 saturation. Rarely, a blue mushroom can be found, granting 16 hunger points and 4 saturation. The rarest mushroom is the purple mushroom, granting a full hunger bar (20 hunger points) and 5 saturation.
Food resources, in general. These are all into one category here in the wiki, but they're different food types in-game. The carrot grants 16 hunger points and 18 saturation. The potato, 17 hunger points an 19 saturation. The meat, 18 and 20, while the fish grants 17 and 19 again. Bread crumbs only take ~0.6 seconds to eat and grant 10 hunger points with 0.9 saturation.
Excrement piles are edible items which take ~1.5 seconds to eat. When eaten, they remove 2 hunger points and 3 saturation, along with giving 6 seconds of nausea to the player. However, there is a reason to eat them: if you're low on food supplies, the excrement pile can drop one of eleven random items when eaten. The options are all 5 types of mushrooms, all 5 types of food and another excrement pile if you're unlucky.
The shooter is a gun-like item with 59 durability that requires bullets to shoot. The bullets have really high knockback, so the shooter is useful for distancing enemies. Shooters are unstackable. The bullet uses the texture of a recolored arrow. In loot, shooters are more common than bullets.
These two are obtained respectively by cooking a shooter and a bullet in an oven. The burning shooter functions like a normal shooter, but it is red and can only shoot hot bullets. The hot bullets, when coming in contact with an entity, set them on fire for 8 seconds. They are also red.

Extra skin layers are a type of armor crafted in the Modification Station with 1 piece of skin and 1 mushroom. If a red mushroom is used, nothing will come out. However, if yellow, green, blue and purple mushrooms are used, they will craft respectively extra head skin layer, extra chest skin layer, extra legs skin layer and extra feet skin layer. Each armor piece assorbs 3 damage when worn. It breaks after 15 damage.
The skull is an uncraftable helmet piece of armor which can be uncommonly obtained by killing a Skullbug. It gives slightly more resistance than extra skin layers.
A wooden ring is crafted through putting two string in a Modification Station. By itself, it doesn't do anything. However, still in a Modification Station, you can combine it with any organ. Combining it with an heart grants a special type of ring that gives 6 more health (3 more hearts, 8 hearts in total) when it is in your off-hand. Instead, combining it with a lung grants another type of ring, that gives 5 more oxygen (bubbles when you're in water) when in the off-hand. Combined with a stomach, it grants a ring that, when in the player's off-hand, grants 0.1 saturation and 1 food point each tick. Lastly, combining it with an eye creates, you guessed it, another ring that gives 2 more block and entity reach when worn in the off-hand.
When an Insane Player dies, it has a chance of dropping each organ and a random amount of skin. At death, the Insane Players have a 1 in 4 chance of dropping an organ (organs being heart, lung, lung, stomach, eye, eye) and, if it does not drop the organ, it has a 1 in 3 chance of dropping organic goop. If that chance still doesn't make it drop anything, it drops air. This repeats for each instance of every organ. Then, it repeats from 1 to 12 times (random) a function that makes it have a 1 in 4 chance of dropping 1 piece of skin. If that chance fails, instead of dropping organic goop, it directly doesn't drop anything.
Cooked organs are obtained by cooking an organ or organic gump in an oven. Cooking a stomach, heart or lung will give a normal cooked organ as a result, with 2 hunger points and 0.1 saturation. Cooking organic gump gives burnt gump, which can be eaten with 0 hunger points and -2 saturation. Cooking an eye gives a pupil snack, which, when eaten, grants 6 hunger points and 1 saturation, along with giving the Glowing effect to any entity in a 25 block radius for 10 seconds.
Ash is a misc item that comes out after using an oven and cooking an item. It does not serve any purpose.
