Holiday Music Project - Jingle Bells
This rendition of the holiday classic "Jingle Bells" was created for sync placement in a Macy’s holiday commercial. Produced using ukulele, guitar, Pro Tools, and FL Studio 10, the track blends live instrumentation with festive elements from various plugins to capture a warm, cheerful holiday vibe.
Video Game Project - Alkebulan
Inspired by games like "God of War" and "Prince of Persia", "Alkebulan" is a track influenced by African, Middle Eastern, and Southeast Asian sounds, created for video game sync. It features guitar, dramatic drums, drum rolls, cymbals, percussion, and various sound effects to build an immersive atmosphere. Additionally, vocals were added and manipulated to create bass-like tones and subtle yodeling textures in the background.
Artist Collaboration Project - Ending Love
"Ending Love" is inspired by the sounds of Tyla and Shakira, pairing heartfelt lyrics with a vibrant, Afrobeat-influenced groove. It tells the story of a sudden breakup, capturing the betrayal and confusion of the one left behind. The track features heavy kicks, rim shots, shakers, deep bass, guitar layers, and warm pads. Guitars were performed and arranged by McCrea White and Jeferson Streiff. The production was co-produced by Chord Cutter.
Sync Ad Project - New Dawn
"New Dawn" is a alternative ballad inspired by the sound of Coldplay’s & Blink-182. It tells the story of staying committed to your dreams through rejection and self-doubt. Featuring harmonies by Summer Guerrero and guitar by Jerry Santos, the song captures the quiet strength and hope that come with perseverance.
Inspired by 90s dance anthems like "Rhythm Is a Dancer" by Snap!, "Freed from Desire" by Gala, and "Gypsy Woman" by Crystal Waters, this upbeat bop delivers high energy and infectious bounce. Produced in Pro Tools and FL Studio 10, it blends organ, piano, claps, kicks, a rhythmic filler loop, and a tweaked snare for extra groove. The lyrics, sparked by the excitement of a playful robbery and chase scene, add a cinematic twist to the track’s vibrant rhythm.
Featuring Travir Fata, aka SouthSide Uc3, this rework of the original "Hella Cash" track by producer Chord Cutter blends new verses with original hooks and lines for a fresh twist. Influenced by 90s dance hits like "Rhythm Is a Dancer," "Freed from Desire," and "Gypsy Woman," with an added EDM edge, it delivers high energy and bounce. Modern production elements give it a polished, contemporary feel while still nodding to its nostalgic roots. Lyrics inspired by a playful robbery and chase scene add a cinematic touch, completing this vibrant, dancefloor-ready anthem.
Chord Cutter remixed the original "Hella Cash" track, keeping the original vocals intact. A frequent collaborator and seasoned EDM producer, he and I have worked on numerous projects together. His version of "Hella Cash" reflects his signature style, bringing a fresh, electronic twist to the track.
The idea to remix "Hella Cash" using original vocals was proposed to Chord Cutter, who then brought it to his producer collective. One of the producers, Mr. Krabs, delivered a standout remix, adding his own distinctive, trippy electronic flair to the project and expanding the creative vision of the original track.
N8vboy’s remix of "Hella Cash" adds a fresh, surreal electronic twist that broadens the track’s creative direction. The opportunity came when Chord Cutter shared the idea—originally proposed to him—to his producer collective, inviting remixes built around the original vocals.
