Well-being, Inequality, Poverty and Public Policy
The WEIPO team is a group of researchers working at the Faculty of Economics, Business Administration and Tourism of the University of Alcalá who are interested in the study of welfare economics, inequality and economic poverty in a broad sense. Their work includes theoretical debates on methodological aspects linked to the measurement of well-being, empirical studies on income distribution in a variety of countries, evaluation of social and labor market public policies, and the analysis of aspects related to equity in all areas of economics.
