My name is Weijia and I am a postdoc researcher at ERP-HSG at the University of St. Gallen since September 2025. I completed my PhD at the Norwegian School of Economics.

My main research interest lies in behavioral and experimental economics. My current research involves using experimental methods to study how beliefs and fairness perceptions affect individual decision making.
