Welcome! I am a (tenure-track) post-doc scholar at Euro-Mediterranean Center on Climate Change (CMCC) and RFF-CMCC European Institute on Economics and the Environment (EIEE). My research areas are Environmental Economics and Policy, with a focus on climate adaptation, natural disaster management, public finance, and visual aesthetics in urban planning. I obtained my PhD in Agriculture and Resource Economics from UC Berkeley in 2023.

I will join the School of Public Policy at UC Riverside as an Assistant Professor in September 2025.

My work is organized around three themes: (1) the welfare and equity implications of disaster management and climate adaptation policies, (2) the fiscal impacts of climate extremes and disaster aid programs on state and local governments, and (3) the visual aesthetics burdens in landscape created by public infrastructure.
