By downloading or using Weight Log: Daily Tracker (“the app”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Weight Log: Daily Tracker is a personal weight-tracking tool designed to help you record and visualize your weight over time.
The app is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. The information displayed in the app — including trends, projections, and charts — is for personal reference only and should not be used to diagnose, treat, or manage any health condition. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making decisions about your health or diet.
Certain features of the app (collectively, “Pro”) are available for a one-time purchase of $3.99 USD (or the equivalent in your local currency). Pro features currently include Trend Projection, Monthly Summary charts, and Apple Health Sync.
All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. By making a purchase, you also agree to Apple’s Terms of Sale. We do not handle payment information directly.
Pro is a one-time, non-subscription purchase. You may restore your purchase at any time from the Settings screen using the same Apple ID used for the original purchase. We do not offer refunds — all sales are final unless required by applicable law. For refund requests, please contact Apple support directly.
You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the data you enter into the app. If you choose to sign in with Apple, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple ID.
You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Settings screen. Deletion is permanent and irreversible.
You agree to use the app only for its intended personal purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or misuse the app or its backend services.
The app, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Weight Log and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on your personal Apple devices.
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from data loss.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Weight Log shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data or reliance on health-related information displayed in the app.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the app after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The “Last updated” date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
