WEIGH30 is a social weight-progress and motivation application that allows users to create or join small groups, record their weight progress, set goals, and participate in friendly monthly challenges with other group members.

This information is used to provide WEIGH30's weight tracking, progress calculation, group challenge, ranking, and history features.
Authentication and User Identifiers
WEIGH30 uses Firebase Authentication to identify users and maintain access to their App data. Firebase may process technical information associated with authentication and security, including user identifiers and related technical information.
Technical Information
The App and its service providers may process limited technical information necessary to operate, secure, maintain, and troubleshoot the service.

WEIGH30 does not use users' weight information for medical diagnosis or treatment.
WEIGH30 contains social group features.
When a user joins a group, certain information may be visible to other members of that group. This may include:

Challenge progress
Weight-loss progress
Ranking
Goal completion status
Other information necessary for the group challenge
Users should only join groups with people with whom they are comfortable sharing this information.
WEIGH30 does not intentionally make this group information publicly searchable on the internet.
WEIGH30 uses Google Firebase services, including:
Firebase Authentication
Cloud Firestore
Firebase Storage
These services provide authentication, database storage, profile photo storage, synchronization, security, and other infrastructure required for the App.
Information necessary to provide these services may be processed by Google in accordance with Google's applicable terms and privacy practices.
WEIGH30 does not sell personal information to Google or other third parties.
WEIGH30 does not sell or rent users' personal information.
Information may be shared in limited circumstances:
With group members: Information necessary for WEIGH30's group challenge features may be displayed to members of the same group.
With service providers: Information may be processed by infrastructure providers such as Google Firebase where necessary to operate the App.
For legal or security reasons: Information may be disclosed when required by applicable law, legal process, or where reasonably necessary to protect users, the App, or the rights and safety of others.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information handled through WEIGH30.
WEIGH30 uses Firebase services for authentication, database infrastructure, and file storage. Data transmitted between the App and these services is protected using the security mechanisms provided by those services.
However, no electronic storage or transmission system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide WEIGH30's functionality, maintain user accounts and group history, comply with applicable legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the security of the service.
Certain historical progress information may remain stored while the user's account or relevant group remains active because history is part of WEIGH30's functionality.
When data is no longer reasonably required, it may be deleted or anonymized, subject to applicable legal and technical requirements.
Users may request deletion of their account and associated personal information.
Where account deletion functionality is available within WEIGH30, users may use that functionality to initiate deletion.

When a valid deletion request is completed, personal information associated with the account will be deleted, except where retention is required by law or reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or other legal obligations.
Information belonging to other users or information that can no longer reasonably be associated with the deleted account may remain.
WEIGH30 is not designed or intended for children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If we become aware that personal information from a child under 13 has been collected without appropriate authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

Users should consult an appropriate healthcare professional regarding medical conditions, weight-management concerns, or significant changes to diet or physical activity.
WEIGH30 uses cloud-based services, including Google Firebase.
As a result, information may be processed or stored in countries other than the user's country of residence, subject to applicable laws and the safeguards provided by the relevant service providers.
