Bio

Weichang Yu is a Lecturer (Assistant Professor) at the School of Mathematics and Statistics, University of Melbourne. He holds a concurrent appointment as an Associate Investigator at the Melbourne Centre for Data Science.

Deeply passionate about contemporary topics in statistical data science, his ongoing research areas include dynamic treatment regimes, causal inference, Bayesian inference (modelling and computations), high-dimensional classification, and semiparametric inference.
