注意事項

參加者必須持有有效回鄉證或其他旅遊證件及所需簽證（如適用）以往返內地。

接納與否，本會將於10月25日或以前以電郵通知。

申請一經接納，傳訊及公共事務署將透過「網上報名及付款系統」電郵（oeps@scout.org.hk）向負責領袖發出「付款通知書」。請負責領袖透過「付款通知書」電郵內的付款連結支付費用。

參加費用及資格均不可轉讓他人。如參加者因任何原因未能成行，所繳交之費用將不獲發還。

凡逾期遞交報名表格或未符合參加資格者，申請概不接納。

如有任何爭議，傳訊及公共事務署保留最終決定權，參加者不得異議。 

Participants must hold valid Mainland Travel Permits for Hong Kong and Macau Residents or other travel documents with valid visa (if applicable) for entry into the Mainland China.

Enrolment results will be notified by email by 25 October. 

Once the enrolment is accepted, Communications and Public Affairs Branch will issue an email of “Payment Notification” to the responsible leader through Online Enrolment and Payment System (oeps@scout.org.hk).  Please pay the fee through the payment link in the “Payment Notification” email.

 Upon confirmation of acceptance, no refund will be arranged under any circumstances.  The fees paid and the enrolment of participants are non-transferable.

Late application or ineligible application will not be accepted.

In case of disputes, the decision of Communications and Public Affairs Branch will be final and binding on all parties concerned.
