There are no age restrictions for using the App.
Weeshlist offers subscriptions managed through RevenueCat.
Subscriptions include weekly, monthly, or annual plans. Pricing details are displayed within the App.
Payments are processed through Apple’s payment system, and refunds are subject to Apple's policies.
The App uses OpenAI's API to process user-submitted food photos or descriptions for analysis. By using the App, you acknowledge:
Data (e.g., images or text) sent to OpenAI is processed exclusively for analysis and not stored beyond processing purposes.
OpenAI's terms of service and privacy policy govern this data processing.
We are not responsible for:
Errors or interruptions in the App's functionality.
Inaccurate results generated by OpenAI's food analysis.
Third-party service failures or data handling practices.
All content within the App, including trademarks, logos, and software, is the property of Yevhen Basistyi and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Any disputes arising from the use of the App will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.
Users retain the right to pursue claims in local courts where applicable laws provide for such rights.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes through the App.
