Wei LI is a graduating joint PhD student at Nanyang Technological University and Fuzhou University. He currently works as a research assistant in the School of Social Sciences at Nanyang Technological University. His research focuses on environmental economics and management, covering green development, environmental policy, green innovation, environmental evaluation, air pollution control and related areas. His research has been funded by the Natural National Science Foundation of China and Ministry of Education of China. His work has appeared in both economics and scientific journals, including current publications in Ecological Indicators, Journal of Cleaner Production, Journal of Regulatory Economics, and Energy & Environment and other peer-reviewed journals. Prior to his research pursuits at Nanyang Technological University, he worked as assistant to the Director of Recycling Economy Research Center at Fuzhou University and formulated environmental policies and green development plans for the Fujian province of China, in collaboration with provincial officials.
