Welcome to Time Blocks: Weekly Planner ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading or using our mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.
Time Blocks: Weekly Planner is a time-blocking and weekly planning application designed to help users organize their weekly schedules, track activities, and improve time awareness. The app does not provide medical, psychological, or professional productivity advice.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter into the application.
You agree not to use the application for any unlawful purpose.
You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or tamper with the application.
Some features in Time Blocks: Weekly Planner require a paid subscription ("Premium").
Payment will be charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel your subscription through your App Store or Google Play account settings.
Refunds are handled in accordance with the App Store or Google Play refund policies.
The free version of Time Blocks: Weekly Planner includes limited features. Premium features including unlimited activities, templates, analytics, custom day hours, and notifications require an active subscription.
Your use of the application is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
All content, design, and code within the Time Blocks: Weekly Planner application are the intellectual property of Kuantech Studios. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written permission.
The application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the application will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Time Blocks: Weekly Planner and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data or productivity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the application.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
