Majority of venues have refreshments available. We highly encourage and often require beverage purchases. Every tour will begin with a sit down dinner and libation for the guests that is not included in the ticket purchase.

Refunds or rescheduling due to unforeseen events (e.g., severe weather, medical emergencies) will

Free Cancellation:

Partial Refund:
Cancellations made between 24-48 hours before the tour will receive a 50% refund.
No Refund:
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour, or no-shows, are not eligible for a refund.
Rescheduling:
Rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before the tour at no additional cost, subject to availability.
Exceptional Circumstances:
In accordance with local COVID-19 mandates and other health factors for tourism we abide by and
make exceptions to matters of this nature.
Premium or Private packages guarantee insurance for all tours with a 20% Non-refundable deposit.
Due to our rescheduling flexibility and ticket trade-in, we do not make any other exceptions,
especially after a no-show.
