My Events

The My Events page is available from the main app Events button as well as the Member Homepage menu and Side Navigation menu. It contains both a calendar and table view of any Weekend Hacks events that you are a part of.

You can add a new event using the button at the top of this page; see Adding a New Event for more information on adding events.

My Event Calendar

By default your Event Calendar will show a view of events for the current month. Use the button options to toggle between views for month, week and day. Click on an event to view more details and event options.

Event Details

Clicking on an event within the calendar displays the Event Details form. Along with the details are links to complete various actions related to the event:

Add to Google Calendar provides the option to add the event to your device's Google Calendar.
Add & View Scores will take you to a page to view and add new scores to this event after it is complete. (See Add Event Scores for more info on adding scores to events)
Add Event Details will allow you to update the details of the event.
Delete Event will permanently delete this event and related info from the Weekend Hacks database.

My Event Table

By default the 10 most recent events you have created will be displayed in the table, with the option to show more events per page as well as an option to navigate to more pages of your events.
Your Event Table contains links to add and view event scores, add events to your Google calendar, as well as links to edit or delete your events. (Please note that deleting an event record will permanently remove it from the Weekend Hacks database)

After the conclusion of your Event, log back into the app and click the link to Add & View Event Scores to add golfer scores for your event.
