Our Full Service Planning & Design includes: Planning your entire wedding day from beginning to Honeymoon! Yes we assist in your honeymoon accomodations as well! We provide you with our trusted elite vendors upon booking only. The design we have you covered: Wedding Ceremony and Reception offering luxury seating, uplighting, customized dance floors, and elegant place settings with lush floral arrangements and more. We offer timeline management for planning process as well as day of coordination, budget management , and more!

Design includes the designing of the space which includes lush floral arrangements,uplighting, table linen, customized details and dance floors, elegant place settings and more.

We offer budget management, timeline management, vendor management and selection, venue selection and management and more. This service does not offer design nor decor.

Our Coordination services start at least 3-6 months before your event. We come on board months before your wedding to help with timeline management and more. Coming the day of your wedding only is a recipe for chaos in our experience. We know the importance of staying on the same page and we have created a plan to get you through wedding day with much success.

We do not currently offer rentals of our inventory if you are not utilizing our services.

Does WeddingsByWhitneyB offer price packages?

In order to give our brides a custom experience we do not offer cookie cutter pricing. Each event deserves outstanding service but needs are very different in style and numbers. We understand that Brides are not the same. Due to our customized services we do NOT offer packaged plans nor a set price. Our brides are all different and require many options to chose from and we like to deliver. So no package prices sorry.

Is WeddingsByWhitneyB COVID prepared?

Yes. We continue to educate our staff on the dos and donts when it comes to weddings and events. All staff will wear masks and practice good hand hygeine. We have implemented designs that accomodate social distancing for all guests and staff.

Does WeddingsByWhitneyB offer elopements or microweddings?

Yes. Since our very beginning we have created customized events for our clients regardless of size. COVID does not change the quality of any event service we offer. Complete the contact form for your customized experience. There is no changes in pricing we will continue to offer customized pricing for weddings and events.

Does WeddingsByWhitneyB offer Payment Plans?

Yes of course! We are aware that the weddings of your dreams and everyday living expenses may cause for planning and budgeting. It is our desire to create an experience that is stress less for our couples. Our retainer to reserve your wedding date on our calendar is $1,200 non-refundable. The remaining of your balance will be set up on a payment plan. All non wedding events there is a 50% non- refundable retainer of the total amount with the remaining balance to be set up on a payment plan.

Will the COVID-19 affect my guests lists? Should I be concerned?

WeddingsByWhitneyB will follow every guideline of The CDC to ensure the safety of our brides and grooms as well as their loved ones. WeddingsByWhitneyB will continue to offer initimate affairs and celebrations to continue offering a safety first environment during this times. Do not worry nor be concerned we are on your team and will continue to pay attention to details no matter the size of your event!
