Choose from the following three Ceremony Options:
Registry-style /Short & Sweet Ceremony (2-10 guests) - $250 - a simple, budget-friendly legal ceremony
Perfect for couples who want to " just do the legal stuff" in a relaxed, straightforward way. Informal enough to be held at a restaurant/cafe or in your own home.
What's included:
You, your partner, myself & up to 10 guests (which includes your 2 witnesses)
a pre-written legal-style script is provided (focused on the legal requirements)
May include a prayer/karakia/blessing to open +/- close
What's not included: pre-wedding meeting (but don't worry everything can be sorted via email), personal vows or your personal love story, bible readings/poems etc
Payment structure:
$100 non-refundable booking fee to secure your chosen day/time
$150 payable one week before the wedding
Small Personalised Ceremony (10-25 guests)- $400 - Ideal for intimate weddings with family and close friends
A warm personalised ceremony that reflects your unique love story. Suitable for home/garden weddings or community venues (beach, park etc)
What's included:
a customised celebrant speech recounting your love-journey
flexible format which can include: cultural greetings, karakia/prayer, personal vows, bible readings. poems etc
suitable for 10-25 guests
What's not included: pre-wedding meeting (but don't worry everything can be sorted via email), rituals such as ring warming/hand fastening, games to choose witnesses or use of my sound system.

Large Personalised Ceremony (25+ guests)- $550 - Perfect for traditional wedding venues and larger celebrations
A fully personalised ceremony crafted to celebrate your love story in front of your family and friends
What's included:
pre-wedding meeting (on-line, or at a local cafe)
unlimted guest numbers
a more detailed customised celebrant speech recounting your love-journey
flexible format which can include cultural greetings, karakia/prayer, personal vows, bible readings, poems etc
can include any rituals such as hand-fasting, candle lighting, ring warming etc
fun elements such as on-the-spot games to choose the witnesses
use of my sound system (microphone and speaker) if your venue does not provide one
I am more than happy to lead everyone in a song/hymn of your choice
Payment structure:
$250 non-refundable booking fee to secure your chosen day/time
$300 payable two weeks before the wedding
Travel costs:
$1 per km, from Mt Eden to venue, return (usually waived if within a short drive from Mt Eden)
$100 to Waiheke Island (to cover cost of ferry). Further assistance may be required to reach the venue.
Outside of Auckland: Mileage & accommodation costs (if overnight stay required)
Optional extras:
Rehearsal attendance- $100
MC duties - $550 - I have my own sound system (microphone and speaker) if the venue does not have one. There are no additional travel fees charged if I am hired to be the celebrant as well.
Use of my Mt Eden garden or covered back deck (depending on the weather) is available for elopements/micro-ceremonies: $100 for an elopement style wedding (couple & 2 witnesses only). $150 for a micro-wedding (up to 10 guests present). This fee is for the first hour (additional $100 per hour thereafter). Seating, signing table and simple decorations provided.
