Ceremony options and prices💝
I firmly believe that a marriage ceremony should feel priceless - not financially stressed! My goal is to provide affordable celebrant services without compromising on quality, care or professionalism. If your circumstances mean my standard fees feel out of reach then please let me know - I am always open to hopefully finding an option that can work for us both.
Ceremony options:
Ceremony without venue included:
Option #1 - 'short and sweet'/registry style ($250) ❤️
Option #2 - mid-range/customised ($400) 💖
Option #3 - Fully customised ($600) 💝
Ceremony with intimate venue included (suitable for up to 10 guests):
Option #4 -'short and sweet' with venue ($450) 🎀
Option #5 -small personalised with venue ($650) 💗
Option #1: short & sweet/registry-style - $250: a simple, budget-friendly legal ceremony
Legal signing & official (i.e legal) vows

Up to 10 guests
perfect for elopements, or couples who just want to "do the legal stuff" in a relaxed straightforward way.
Informal enough to be held at a restaurant/cafe or in your own home..
Not available on Saturdays in the summer months (unless you opt for an morning ceremony (between 9-11am). This option can only be booked up to 3 months in advance.
Does not include a pre-wedding face-to-face meeting (but don't worry everything can be sorted via email), personal vows or your personal love story, bible readings/poems etc
Payment structure:
$100 non-refundable booking fee to secure your chosen day/time and then the balance of $150 (and any travel costs) payable one week before the wedding
Option #2: mid-range customised ceremony - $400: Ideal for intimate weddings with family and close friends
A warm customised/personalised ceremony that includes personal vows and recounts of your love journey together.
Suitable for home/backyard weddings, private rooms in restaurants or community venues (beach, park etc)
suitable for up to 25 guests.
Does not include a pre-wedding meeting (but don't worry everything can be sorted via email) or use of my sound system

$150 non-refundable booking fee to secure your chosen day/time and then the balance of $250 (and any travel costs) payable one week before the wedding
Option #3: Fully customised Ceremony - $600 : Perfect for traditional wedding venues and larger celebrations
A fully personalised ceremony crafted to celebrate your love story, and includes personal vows
unlimted guest numbers
Includes a pre-wedding meeting (usually at a local cafe, but can be online if preferred)
flexible format which can include cultural greetings, karakia/prayer, bible readings, poems etc. It can include rituals such as hand-fasting, unity-candle lighting, ring warming or fun elements such as on-the-spot games to choose the witnesses
I can bring my own sound system (microphone and speaker) if venue does not have one.

Option #4: short and sweet with venue - $450: Perfect for those wanting a simple celebration with an intimate venue.

Use of my Mt Eden garden or covered back deck or lounge (depending on the weather) for a small wedding (elopement/micro-ceremony) for one hour and includes seating for up to 10 guests, a signing table and simple decorations (flowers, candles etc)
Flute glasses and a chilled bottle of bubbles (prosecco or sparkling grape juice) for a toast afterwards
Cake-plates/forks/napkins for couples who choose to bring a wedding cake to share with their guests
photographers may attend

Option #5: small customised with venue - $600: Perfect for those wanting a simple celebration with an intimate venue, but prefer more content in the celebrant speech regarding their love journey
same as for option #4, but with a customised celebrant speech that recounts your love journey and personal vows.
Payment structure:
$250 non-refundable booking fee to secure your chosen day/time and then the balance of $350 payable one week before the wedding
Travel costs (in addition to celebrant costs) 🚗🚂⛴️✈️
$1 per km, from Mt Eden to venue, return (usually waived if within a short drive from Mt Eden)
$200 to Waiheke Island (to cover ferry/bus costs & time). Further assistance may be required to reach the venue if not reachable by bus.
Outside of Auckland: transport & accommodation costs (if overnight stay required) costs to be covered.

Rehearsal attendance- $100
MC duties (for up to 6 hours) - $600 - I have my own sound system (microphone and speaker) if the venue does not have one.
Combined Celebrant and MC duties - $1100.
