Terms & Conditions

We will be taking 6-8 weeks for the delivery process. It might take longer due to workload.
The clients must collect all their photos, videos, and prints within 90 days from the program date. We will be providing storage back service for 90 days only. We will not be held responsible for any loss after 90 days.
Extra charges will be applied for the events out of Dhaka city depending on the destination.

You have to inform minimum 2 weeks ago before cancelling an event. Otherwise you have to pay 60% of the amount as cancelling fee.
Clients who are not willing to have their photos uploaded to our social media platforms are requested to let us know during the booking period. Informing this after the event will lead us to charge you an extra 30% on your selected package.
