1. Why can I only use one account per mobile device?
Important Limitation: To ensure a fast and smooth user experience, the WeddingPro application locally stores certain data in your device's cache.
If multiple users (e.g., both partners in a couple) attempt to log in with different accounts on the same phone or tablet, this caching mechanism can cause data mixing or corruption, leading to sync errors between the two separate accounts.
Therefore, for stable and secure operation, we strongly recommend that only one user account be active per device!
2. How can I share the Invitation,Timeline and Details with my guests?
WeddingPro currently does not support direct data export or synchronization with third-party vendor systems.
The easiest way to share data is by using your device's screenshot function. Take a screenshot of the final invitation,timeline and details or any relevant worksheet, and then send that image file to your guests.
3. How do I handle Special Category Data (food allergies, dietary requirements)?
You can record food allergies and dietary requirements for each guest within the Guest List feature. Please note that under the UK GDPR, you, as the user, are responsible for obtaining the guests' explicit consent to store and potentially share this sensitive data (via screenshot) with your catering service.
4. What happens to my data (including guest photos) if I delete my WeddingPro account?
If you choose to delete your account via the Settings menu, all your personal data, including the guest list, budget figures, and any uploaded profile pictures, will be securely and permanently deleted from our servers (Firebase) within a reasonable time frame.
5. The App is built using FlutterFlow and Firebase. How secure is my data storage?
The App utilizes the industry-leading Firebase platform, provided by Google, for secure, cloud-based data storage. All personal data, including passwords, are stored securely, and we maintain strict security rules in compliance with the UK GDPR.
